Options to disable Pengu Loader loading screen and toast message about penguloader HOT 5 OPEN

To be honest this project is currently inactive, so the feature request priority may be low.
I think I can make it but you need to wait until next release ( maybe after vanguard).

If somebody want to help out and make your first contribution , PRs are welcomed :).

本项目暂时处于不活跃状态，功能请求之类的优先级都不会太高，除了修BUG之类的。
我应该可以写，但是你最早也只能在下次更新用上，可能在Vangurad更新之后 Pengu 会有一次小更新。
