I can't think of another way either. Although if you want them in a reverse order, you'll probably want to specify them as find(19, 18, 17, 16, 15). Whatever order you give them to $util->getAll(['from' => $util->find(…)]), that will be the order they get printed.

GOOD! I didn't know that from could take ids are arguments. As I have variable list of arguments, I ended up doing $util->getAll(['from' => call_user_func([$util, 'find'], /* Array of IDs */)])
