I just ran the demo and everything worked fine. As far as I know lots of people have used the code and have never had a problem. Can you make sure everything is installed properly (following the instructions carefully), and then if you are still getting the problem you send me a more detailed and useful error message. Honestly though, you should probably figure this out on your end as it's likely a mistake in how you're using the code or how you set things up.

It is working now. I was making an error in setting up model directory.
