Is there a technical reason preventing you from building your own amount selector, and launching the SDK when you know the final amount? If not, then I assume you're asking if we can do that for you somewhere within the SDK. This is not on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future releases.

Don't use for this purpose if you are plan to release your App on Google
Play. I got one App banned by Google because of this. :(
