@Tom-Lu - Yes, you can use the SDK without the camera and vibrate permissions you mentioned; they are used for card.io.
If you plan to accept credit card payments, card.io will handle the lack of permissions gracefully, indicating to the user that the camera is unavailable for scanning; the user will be prompted to enter the credit card info with the keyboard.
