hive_preferences's Issues

How to display counter value on the screen?

Hi there, Im trying to learn how to work with Hive DB, thought to try it first with saving preferences locally, that's how I found your guide
https://medium.com/flutter-community/using-hive-instead-of-sharedpreferences-for-storing-preferences-2d98c9db930f

and this repo.

Your code works good, but since counter value is enclosed in void I don't know how to access it. I would like to use your code to save locally fontSize in my project for the start.

How can I share counter value around different widgets/files?
