Thanks for the report! However I'm not sure to understand. This template does not provide a doc command or PDM script. Did you mean pdm run duty docs?
Also, it doesn't nest a docs folder into a folder of the same name (docs/docs if I understand correctly), did you actually change the folder layout?

I must apologise - I have been experimenting with 2 versions of copier-pdm - the comment above applies to https://github.com/pdm-project/copier-pdm - so sorry.
