That argument is needed for the xla_spawn script to launch training on TPU. It loads the training script and launches it on the tpu cores.
If I'am not wrong, these args are not used in this project
from question_generation.

@patil-suraj so you mean that it does not play any role in training model? Even in the colab included with this repo?
