I' ve spent some time searching for same issues with masonry and i found your post desandro/imagesloaded#14 (comment). So i guess i have the same issue :(

Yeah, I have a slightly outdated no-cache that depends on a patched version of imagesloaded that simply disables the cache. You could try this and see if it helps.
