It should refresh on click. When you connect core with started (Serial.begin()) serial, does it not appear after clicking on the list?

I tested it on two Macs and two Windows machines and it works. Could you test it with this steps:
- Unplug device
- Click on ports list and take a screenshot
- Connect device (make sure it's visible in your system using
spark serial list
) - Click ports list again
- If in step 4 device didn't show up, click the list again

Seems like it's working but not intuitive to a new user as you have to click once, click else where before it get selected. Works but can be better!
Also, i have the occasional tick on the usbmodem (spark core) when you drop down the list but when you close the drop-down list, it's still reflecting the other devices being selected.
ie. The display occasionally doesn't update though the selection has been done. Only see this once and still trying to replicate this issue ;)

I think refreshing on click is just unreliable. I'll replace it with "Refresh ports" button next to the list.
