issue has been fixed with 1.11.9
now message will be only logged on state change (inactive to active or opposite)
from pm2-health.

Has this issue been addressed yet? This package looks useful however, it won't be usable until this issue is addressed

I stopped looking for a solution, but I just checked and my pm2-health-out.log is over 2 million lines of "app is inactive" and has grown to 120 MB.
