Cloud To Butt ("The Software") may be freely distributed and modified for any personal use.

Commercial, for-profit use of The Software may be licensed for $10,000 (first seat) and $5,000 for additional seats thereafter. A non-refundable maintenance fee of $1,000 per seat is due annually on the calendar date of original purchase.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTS OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS TO PURPOSE EVEN INCLUDING THE IMPLICIT WARRANT OF THE THING IN YOUR STATE, OR TORTS, AND ALL USAGE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THE SOFTWARE MAY NOT BE USED TO OPERATE MACHINERY USED IN THE PRODUCTION OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS OR HEAVY WATER

This license is incompatible with any copyleft license because it adds extra restrictions. Please consider going with the BSD or Apache license, or LGPL, or GPL, or AGPL. Or Public Domain.
