这个我就不认同了，谁会在两个字中间插入headers？我认为这是一种不正确的使用方式，你所说的引用、h1、 h2、 h3、 h4、 h5、 h6、无序列表、有序列表都不属于行内元素。

你可以做个实验， 打开 microsoft word (或者CKEditor )， 输入一行文字， 把光标放到文字**，然后点击 h1
操作的含义就是 ｀把当前行变成h1｀， 而不是 ｀在当前位置插入h1｀。 这是为懒人设置的特性： 不必选中行，也不必把光标定位到行首。
大部分编辑器都是这样的。

我觉得这样实在没有意义，而且你说的都是HTML所见即所得编辑器，不太合适。
再者我不想把Editor.md搞得太复杂，按80/20定律，我只想实现那80%的真正需求，另外那20%给他们自己DIY，反正是开源的。
所以建议我们还是不要讨论这种所谓的“懒人”需求。
