Did you replace the ipsw url in the code with the beta? Maybe something from 15.2 release is incompatible.

Same Problem here...
iPhone X (GSM), freshly restored with Futurerestore to iOS 15.3.1 with SEP+BB from 15.7
While Setting up the Phone there was no problem with the WiFi, but after installing palera1n my wifi icon got grey and in the settings tab I couldn't activate it as well, I tried to restore the Network Settings... didn't work... then I tried to restore the entire Settings of the Phone... didn't work as well.
