参考如下链接：
在properties文件中获取maven pom的version

重点是要保证application.properties或者application.yml配置文件在resources目录下，如果在其他目录则无法生效。
同时要保证pom中的<resources>的<filtering>值为true

同样遇到这个问题，有些项目可以，有些不可以。像配置中心那个项目就能正常运行。
@Pluuuto 将的方法只是打包的时候才生效的吧，问题是开发的时候都是用idea直接跑的啊
不知道有没有大侠讲解下，需要配置什么？
