Hi @lenamax2355, @lynnYZ ,

We've recently had an issue with this repository, which meant we needed to rewrite its history. Unfortunately this causes problems for any forks of the repository, and we also cannot complete the process while the forks exist. Would you be able to delete your forks of this repository?

The current version should be identical before and after the rewrite, so a new clean fork should provide the same functionality.

• addNewHES.py appears not to work with HES data downloaded from the UKB RAP
• it may fail entirely, or has also been reported to produce data with many missing dates
• this is likely related to differences in the date formatting in the data
• pending a fix, it should not be used with data downloaded from the RAP

Currently I think the existence of _build files within the repo means it's not building...
