I think it makes sense to copy or reference corresponding motivation in Etherium (ERC1155 spec itself or elsewhere) where we agree and point out the difference and reason for differing with Etherium where we don't (e.g. Tezos has different feature set and requires different approach, or we just don't like/agree with what Etherium did)
