Sync fails due to RENAMING error about client HOT 3 CLOSED

Are you running on IIS as well? Note: IIS is untested with the sync client. I will try to reproduce this. A Web server log would be helpful as well.

My server is running on Ubuntu server 12.04.1 (32 bits).
OC is running on nginx 1.2.3 with the following webdav config :

I've done some test by removing the .db file and the directory.
The last time, the sync was done without this bug, but that caused some _conflict file.
By the way, I can't do a full sync without interruption (my directory is about 10GB).
I will do more test (with server log) in the next few days.
