Random failure of some tests about libotr-ng HOT 7 CLOSED

UPDATE: looks like it is either related with ratchet id or related with issue #31
Also, in test test_invalid_auth_i_msg_in_not_waiting_auth_i, at some point the macs are not the same. Might be related.

Most flaky tests are now fixed, this seems to be the only one that remains:

Usually need to run the tests at least 200 times to see this failing.
