Kein Bug. Das liegt an FPDF bzw. FPDI.
Die 2mm-Anschnitt-Version ist 29,8 mm breit. Also 1mm breiter als DIN A4 (29,7 mm).
Der weisse Streifen ist genau 1mm breit.
Irgendwie kommen da FPDF und FPDI in's Schleudern.
Dieser eine mm wird nur auf der ersten Seite abgeschnitten.
Lösung unklar.

Einfachste Lösung:
Die 2mm-Anschnitt-Dateien werden jetzt nicht mehr verarbeitet/generiert.
Grund:
Die übergrosse Datei kann eh nur eine professionelle Druckerei auf Großbögen ausdrucken. Da eine solche Druckerei aber max. 1mm Anschnitt benötigt, wird die 2mm Version nicht wirklich benötigt.
