RTMP and FLV are capable of supporting MP3. HLS can also support it, but it may not be certain if it supports it well, refer to #301.
Known issue: For pure audio MP3 streams, there may be a significant delay problem. It requires a large amount of data to start playing, so SRS has implemented a cache that provides a bunch of data.

srs How to support mp3? Can I receive it like this?

However, change it to...
ffmpeg.exe -re -stream_loop -1 -i ${filePath} -c copy -f mp3
rtmp://${domain}/live/test
Then it can't be received anymore.
