Would you like to connect to different gazebo masters at the same time? I think gazebojs can only connect to one master at a time. Alternatively, you can start multiple instances of your node app and each connects to a different master:

GAZEBO_MASTER_URI=http://localhost:11346 node your_node_app.js

@hugomatic any inputs on this?

That works for me: I started 2 servers on different ports, and I was able to connect to either. I confess I did not try it with a server on a different machine, but I can confirm that the GAZEBO_MASTER_URI is taken into account.

What does not work is trying to connect to 2 instances of gzserver from the same node program. But that is a different issue.

Did anybody get this to work? I'm currently testing an application on a different platform than my gazebo server. This does not seem to work...

I can verify that GazeboJS works with an external gazebo server
