Note: this is an attempt to give a similar functionality as before, where the user could choose any directory on the file system as the "template" directory for the job. We might still want to offer this type of one-off feature in the future... but maybe that would come from a separate "view" opened by a separate "button" on the index page, like "New from file system directory" instead of "New from template".

Is the prefix and suffix necessary here? In the current implementation machete is creating unique folders and we're linking directly to them. Adding a prefix and suffix option is going to require me to override Machete stage and I'm not sure that there's any real benefit of this feature right now.

Additionally, I'm not sure how I feel about predicting the "Template will be copied to" location. We should talk about this. It could lead to problems if a user expects that the files will be going to a particular path, but then that path gets used by another job (that was created in another window, for example)
