I've commented it out by intention
since I think we ALWAYS want to index the whole file
sources aren't that big
however we might reintroduce this when we'd want to get index for binaries, e.g. pdf, openoffice, etc.
so I am not sure if this is a bug ...

I think it is a bug that the option is ignored as long as the help text says it does something. If we don't want to reintroduce the functionality, we should remove it.
I agree that it's a good default to index the whole file.

If there are plans for indexers which consume with heavy token counts then this is a bug and should be fixed as suggested above - using the LimitTokenCountAnalyzer method.

I think -m option now has completely different meaning, so a candidate for closing.
