OpenSSL and libressl work about tools HOT 5 CLOSED

4: sannoying as it breaks several things. We can make sure we only use the port for openssh (as long as it is installed) and strip it from the system (WITHOUT_OPENSSH=1). This doesn't work for WITHOUT_OPENSSL=1 or even better WITHOUT_CRYPTO=1, suspecting that nobody in FreeBSD even does that. There is breakage in CDDL stuff that needs amending. Not sure if all the trouble is worth it.

5: Port partches are being moved upstream and into the FreeBSD ports tree so that as soon as we don't carry any libressl modifications we can make the switch. Preliminary testing yields no visible issues.

On the general subject of this, there are a couple of dirty OpenSSL base uses in the code that need to be flushed out. This also helps with LibreSSL portability and compilation coverage.

The OpenSSH switch is complete. We will stop shipping a base OpenSSH with the next release that requires a base/kernel rebuild.
