Ideally, this should be a port in FreeBSD. Since it's not (anymore, see below), the port must be added under e.g. ports.git/opnsense/freeswitch. Said Makefile needs work for build and runtime dependencies (missing packages you're seeing). After that, the way to include it into the build is adding a line to tools/config/15.7/ports.conf and CORE_DEPENDS entry in core.git/Makefile if you want it to auto-install.
Biggest hurdle is probably setting up the port...Here's the FreeBSD commit that deleted the ports last year as a starting point... freebsd/freebsd-ports@a24b03c
For us this is way to much work to get running, catch up with the latest version, bring in multiple new ports. I'm going to close this, but feel free to ask more questions regarding this mission. :)
