- 第三方规则是由koolproxy自动更新
- 勾选的问题是luci配置的问题，后续会fix
- 不能复现
- 暂时不会增加新功能

原因应该是kprules.com上的第三方规则删掉了，导致网址失效

HTTP 不能访问的问题 我可以稳定复现
系统的 LEAN的 4.14内核的，有ssrplus
主要体现在Win10 系统 在开了KP和ssr-plus(v2ray)后，一些http请求无法正常响应
但是 这个问题 我只在 WIN10上复现了(重装的新的系统)，iOS 应该也有影响，因为多数APP都加载不出新内容了（如 抖音 什么的）
只开kp或 只开 ssr-plus 都不会有问题，只有2者同时开启时会这样
而且 如果是Android手机 或者 Mac 电脑 则不会有这样的问题
通过反复调试 估计是 kp启动时 用mark打了标记，可能存在一些问题，去掉了 故障消失（但是我没验证过滤是否还有效）
主要是 我Android手机一直很正常，但是Win10就不行，iOS也不行（都是固定IP）
根据文档 mark是打标签是用的IP地址，不知道是不是某些字段正好触发了，其他iptables规则。。。
