Can you clarify exactly which 'latest version' you are installing?

Hi, the 1.7.1 for Windows, from the page "opentoonz.github.io/e/download/opentoonz.html".
I also tried the Night Build link and get the same problem.

If you are trying the latest nightly and having issues then I'll guess you might be interested in this: #5449
In short, renaming a file or directory could get you going again.
