In order to complete this issue, we need the following

• create folders ./routes/api in the root of the project.

• create a file called categories.js inside of ./routes/api folder

• point categories related URL to the categories.js file

• create a Mongoose model with a schema for the category resource

• implement the CREATE category feature (create a route for inserting a category)

• not to forget to bring in the body-parser middleware in the server.js in order to parse and process the request body
