Perhaps an alternative could be for the basic overcloud network configure job to create the external port with the --no-fixed-ip option?

Related Issues (20)
- neutronclient.common.exceptions.BadRequest: Invalid input for allocation_pools. Reason: '172.16.202\nfe80' is not a valid IP address.
- novaclient.exceptions.BadRequest: Invalid volume: Invalid input received: Invalid volume: Unable to detach volume. Volume status must be 'in-use' and attach_status must be 'attached' to detach.
- Openstack/Series upgrade needs to validate charmhub channels on charms prior to upgrades (was Openstack upgrade should change rabbitmq channel before upgrading) HOT 1
- Wrong mapping for openstack-dashboard HOT 1
