Some points to include:
By fans, for fans.
Natively cross-platform.
OpenRA != Open Red Alert - not a 1:1 recreation.
Designed to be modder friendly.
Brings improvements from later games back to the originals (tech structures, queuing multiple actors / build queues, etc).
