Here are two result files that will not open in Omedit. One is a mat file and that other is specified as a csv via the command oms2_setResultFile("Engine","Engine.csv")

@robha67 - what's wrong with the csv? It looks OK in Notepad++. The mat-file might be empty?

@lochel, @robbr48, for TLM composite models, the .mat results files for each FMI sub model can still not be opened.

@lochel, @robbr48, please test using arcsim_FMI_TLM.lua found under T2.2 in the OpenCPS repo. The resulting system_A_res.mat and system_B_res.mat cannot be opened. When running the corresponing native FMI example arcsim_FMI.lua, the result file works.

This could be because the FMI models are not deleted with the TLM model. Then the files will never be closed. I guess it does not matter for CSV for some reason, but causes corrupt MAT files.

Strange thing is that it works perfectly for me with the testsuite models on Linux. I will have a look on the test model from @meek1 in Windows and see if I can recreate the problem.

@meek1 I cannot simulate the test model because the FMUs require a Dymola license file. Is it possible to export the FMUs without this restriction?

@robbr48, sorry for the license issue, I'll generate new license free FMUs, but it may take a while. In the mean time, please use the example from @robha67. In the repo: T2.2\Architecture_and_simulation\Simple_model\FineGrainedThermodynamicConnection.zip

This example contains license free windows FMUs and I just reproduced the error with OMSimulator-MSVC. Connot use OMSimulator-GCC because "libwinpthread-1.dll" is missing.
