No more blanket subscriptions except for small collections.

One exception: calendar.js stille fetches all events. But it also wants to show all of them, so what are we to do?

In the fresh test-data and "all regions" selected, now shows about 280 events, 90 of them upcoming

Even in region Zurich with 60 events CPU gets quite busy.

solution: calendar.js should only load the first 30 event (or is there a reason why we need more?)

• then when scrolled down, load new ones
• or old-school: split on multiple pages...
  • multiple page leads to kind of conceptual question: we probably don't want routing like: ?page=3 but ?date=2015-04-05 might be useful. maybe only showing as many days with <= 30 events, then swiching to the next days
