yes, this would be very useful. And perhaps when one chooses a certain language from the main menu, courses could be filtered by default based on the selected language (and of course filter could be removed)

Why not do this earlier than "Latest"? :-)
It is both (relatively) easy and important if we wish to promote diversity and inclusion. I would like very much the idea to start a course in greek inside Openki but I probably wouldn't do it if it was not easy for people to filter it out, or explicitly search for it. The interface does not "encourage" me somehow to do it and the existence of such a property it might do the trick.
And then courses could have more attributes "with a message" like "learning methodology", "parent course" (see #1091), etc.

Thinking more about how to implement this with the least possible effort and complexity:
Brainstorming:
-
Categories could be expanded to mean "course characteristics" and include categories like Language, Methodology, etc.
-
Groups could be also "expanded" conceptually and if they get their own separate page could be made easier to search and filter (like courses). With this solution we will not need to list all available languages, but when one wants to add one can create a "language group" or something like this.
Please ignore if this "mind dumping" sounds confusing. It helps me, but I hope it is not disturbing for others :-)
