Can Wikidata be used instead?

@akuckartz Wikidata can definitely be used instead although I don't think all administrative units are anywhere near fully represented in Wikidata currently, hence the default to Wikipedia lists.

This is a dumb question, but which refs/links are you going to change? Just things in READMEs or am I missing somewhere that OCD is storing specific links?
