Installation does not work in Mac OS. about oa-core HOT 1 OPEN

On my system (2023.03)
ln -s /usr/local/Cellar/openal-soft/1.23.0/include/AL/* /usr/local/include
but then the command
pip3 install git+https://github.com/Im-Fran/pocketsphinx-python
fails with
