I really liked the buttons that @luqmaan suggested. Empty background at default state to full on hover.

I like the empty default also but maybe we should consider having a button that is styled a little stronger on certain CTAs. So have one button more neutral and another bolder.
I think what bothers me the most is we start with this button
Then we use this button towards the bottom.
I would like the first one to be the default.
