Hi @gsora, I've added Poplar manifest not so long ago, and didn't have an opportunity yet to create a full-value readme for this platform, but there are built-in instructions in flash-help target, that you can check.
$ repo init -u https://github.com/OP-TEE/manifest.git -m poplar.xml
$ cd build && make toolchains && make all
$ make flash-help
from build.

They don't seem to be available, there's just a "[]" in the Poplar row.
