Dear @GarrusMD, this is a bug in the Viewer. It will be fixed with the release of SDK 1.11.
Please note, there are also two errors in the XML of the example notice you give - the winning Tender TEN-0001 should be referenced from both the LotResult (OPT-320-LotResult : "Tender Identifier Reference") and from the SettledContract (BT-3202-Contract : "Contract Tender ID (Reference)"). Without these Fields present, the section "6.1.2 Information about winners" under "6.1 Result Lot Identifier: LOT-0001" will be empty.

Thanks a lot. Am I right in assuming that this fix will also affect notices that have already been submitted with SDK 1.7 and SDK 1.10?

Yes. Sorry I should have added : "the fix will then be applied to previous versions of the SDK".

There is no timetable, but we have started the process. It will be complicated for this release, so it may take up to two weeks
