Are you sure that you are using the newest version? I had that problem but now all the files have whitespace trimmed before they are saved.

Well, actually I am not using the newest version 😀 Currently, I can only live my own branch because I made some non-mergeble changes and I need those changes for the moment.
I thought (but not really tried) that the latest version have this problem by merely reading the source code from git. However, I did not noticed that the text will get trimmed before saved. Sorry, that is my bad.
Since the line feeds will eventually got removed by trim
, it means that I can safely change my code base (A.K.A the non-mergeble branch of my fork) to not adding it at all. Am I right about that?

As long as what you save are valid .tid files than it should work. There are a lot of things in my code that are left over fixes from problems that got fixed in other ways. I expect at some point I am going to need to go through and clean things out.
I don't know what is different about your branch though. If you have improvements than we can see about incorporating them.

My branch basically adds the ability to queue modifications of tiddlers on the client side and allows a user to manually submit those modifications to server. The branch is non-mergeble because I chose to remove waiting list on the server side to avoid problems when modifications are submitted manually. However, I found that is a bad decision so anyone should better not invest more time on that direction. I might re-write this feature base on the latest master branch if I have time, although I don't know when that is going to happen.
Thanks for your help on my issues! Hope this plugin can get better and better!
