[Linux version] can't copy/paste password about raccoon HOT 2 OPEN

Maybe you could edit manually the credential file:

# Located here (unless you relocated the archive):
#${HOME}/Raccoon/archives/default/credentials.cfg
androidid=
userid=
password=

Special character need to be escaped though (ie. !→\!).
Be aware: I'm not a java dev nor involved in racoon dev, this only a bold guess.

That doesn't sound like Raccoon is to blame. Maybe try a different JDK?
You can also just create/edit the credentials.cfg by hand. Just setup a
dummy account first, then change it as nescessary
