TypeError: Item.id is undefined when inserting reference about onlyoffice.github.io HOT 5 OPEN

Hello!
@pikaz, Error "TypeError: state.registry.registry[Item.id] is undefined" show appear every time you insert a bibliography, or does it only show for certain bibliographies?

Please say what combination of Style and Language do you use in the plugin settings?

If an error show, try changing the Style in the plugin settings and re-inserting the bibliography. Does the error persist after changing the style?

Hi & ty for the quick response. You're right, it is dependent on the style I'm using. But most of the time it doesn't work. If I find a style which works for one reference, I doesn't work for the next. Of course, for my document I would need to restrict the references (>50) to just one style. I also forgot to mention, that there's a rather old version of onlyoffice (5.6.5.3) on the server. This is beyond my control, but might already be the culprit.
I wanted to use IEEE or e.g. APA (American Psychological Association 6th edition) style, which worked for some refs, but for most not. Language is English (US).
For now, I decided to just not use the plugin, so there's no pressure on my side. But if you need more information I'm happy to assist.

@pikaz, I haven't been able to reproduce the issue.
Please provide a URL link to the bibliography that has the problem.
If it possible, please send me several URL links.

I can't find any style that works.

https://www.mendeley.com/catalogue/72143985-77e7-3ef8-8790-92305b9d35a7/ doesn't give an error, but the authors are missing.

Try updating the plugin to the latest version and tell me if the problem persists?
