Right now secrets expire automatically after 7 days
You can set your own TTL value via the API:
https://onetimesecret.com/docs/api/secrets
Or change the default in your own instance here:
https://github.com/onetimesecret/onetimesecret/blob/master/lib/onetime/logic.rb#L417

It used to be there but I removed for simplicity. I'll consider putting it back for logged in accounts.

Well, I suppose that this may be implemented in a quite simple way: «your secret will expire in 7 days (change_this)», «change this» being a link which unfolds to an input widget.
