Display ROI name about omero-iviewer HOT 4 OPEN

Display of the ROI Name should be relatively easy but editing it needs some thought.
When we only have 1 Shape per ROI (only 1 row in the table), we can't show ROI name and shape text separately, but we could concatenate them "ROI name/ Shape label" with a tooltip that shows more detail:

   ROI name: my ROI
   Shape label: this is my shape

But when you want to edit the ROI or Shape text, we only have a single field for that currently.
Might need some way to switch between editing ROI or Shape for that field.

When you have multiple shapes per ROI, the ROI has it's own row in the table so you can display the name there.
But I don't think it's currently possible to select an ROI in the table, so that would make it hard to select it for editing.
Changing the selection behaviour to allow ROIs to be selected would also need to disable lots of other controls E.g. colour-pickers etc. and might need a new drawing state for the OpenLayers viewer...
