Docs for an alternative (non-Github) method of contributing about opendatahandbook HOT 4 OPEN

Is there a link to a user story here? When we talked with Daniela we agreed on github-only method for editors and small tweaks. This will need quite a lot of thought to do well and I imagine we would want to go through user story for it in a bit of detail.

I don't believe there currently is, though this was expressed verbally in the last meeting as something we need.

As a believer, I want to contribute to the Open Knowledge community.

As a luddite, my computer skills stop at web forms, email and Microsoft Office. I’m willing to learn Markdown but not how to Clone, Branch, Push, Pull, Clone and other scary stuff on GitHub - Fork that!

As a prefectionist, I want the spelling errors and other mistakes to be fixed in the Open Data Handbook. Doh!

@Stephen-Gates in theory the clone / branch stuff is sort of hidden if you go through the web UI option - but I agree it is still painful. I don't know if http://prose.io/ makes it any nicer.
