The documentation says only "Before" and "After" are allowed, so apparently only the Intellisense is affected. Problem seems to be with line 1191 of the yml file.

This is also an issue in DefinitelyTyped, as well as the CDN's d.ts files. @wandyezj and I need to sync about fixing the codegen tooling for those sources of truth.

I've created internal issues 3591377 and 3591396 to track the underlying work needed to fully orchestrate a fix for the whole doc-set (with 3591396 directly fixing this issue).
Those are long-term fixes that will likely need to be implemented by @wandyezj at the codegen layer. Because of that, and that this issue is really a problem with Definitely Typed and not the reference docs, I'm closing this issue.
