Request refreshes if the source reappears on scene, ignoring timer about obs-urlsource HOT 10 CLOSED

@royshil actually, noticed one issue accidentally while restarting OBS. It doesn't seem to remember the value of the checkbox (even though it's still checked in setting). You have to uncheck and recheck it each time you launch OBS and then it works again.

@Destroy666x do you mean that youd like the timers to keep going even if the sources aren't visible?

there's a way to solve this by keeping track of the timer status, saving that e.g. to a file, and then loading this status when the source is re-created and work out the next timer expiry
