Weird redirect about homepage HOT 2 CLOSED

@monicacecilia noticed that, more annoyingly, https://www.open-bio.org/events/bosc redirects to https://www.open-bio.org/2017/10/28/bosc_2017_report/
but https://www.open-bio.org/events/bosc/ (with a closing /) redirects to https://www.open-bio.org/events/bosc-2021/ as we want it to!

We don't know why the unwanted redirect happens or how to fix it (@khokamp and I both took a look and couldn't figure it out), but I'm going to add a box to https://www.open-bio.org/2017/10/28/bosc_2017_report/ to point anyone who ends up there to the right page. It doesn't fix the problem, but maybe ameliorates it slightly.
