Bad parameters format about oauth-js HOT 4 OPEN

Also, can you guys confirm that you have at least 1 functional provider and that it works when you use the Try auth button?

The issue comes from the space character (%20) in the state parameter, I was sure to have fixed this last year (before the comment of @hhammoud01 & @isery).

The last time we got this issue, it was this function that got a bug: https://github.com/oauth-io/oauthd/blob/master/src/data/db.coffee#L95
We had to replace the + character (which is translate in the browser URL by %20) by a - character.

Do you still have this issue? Is it on oauthd or oauth.io? if oauthd, what is the version? and what provider?
