I'm not sure how I got this error. Maybe I fixed events after killing the campaign. We should check if nikita runs on this case scenario.

After a quick check of the code: when a campaign is killed, the first thing is to mark the campaign as "cancelled". Next, when Nikita starts, it automatically closes all open events (without re-submit) of that campaign. This is asynchronous and may happen several minutes after the cancel. So, you may have fixed with resubmit an event before Nikita pass. Then the joblib refused to actualy resubmit the jobs as the campaign is marked "cancelled". The error messages are normal in this case.
